Hey everybody!
So, I took a long break from this whole weight loss thing... I started going back to old habits - eating while full, eating late, going to buffets, and just eating crap. I gained about 8 pounds back. I was really afraid that I wasn't going to be able to lose it. What's insane is that I have only been really watching what I eat for the last week and a half and I am actually less than I was at my last weigh-in before the debauchery ensued. I haven't been starving myself or anything at all. I really hope to lose at least 10 more =]
Eating about the same as I was before. I do different reps with 10 lb hand weights every night, but that's about it.
This is the least I have weighed in about 2 years. I am pretty excited.
Starting weight on June 15th: 183.8
Weight last weigh-in on August 17th : 164.6
Current weight on October 5th: 159.2
Weight loss since last weigh-in: 5.4 lbs
Total weight loss: 24.6 lbs
I know that this looks weird but I had to make a collage in Picasa and then use my snipping tool in order to save it to upload it onto here. My weight loss from the first picture is 24.6 and my weight loss since the second picture is 11.6. I wish they were all the same distance from the camera and such but I did my best haha.
