One Month!!!

I have made it a month!  I am going to upload pictures that I just took.  You can compare them to the beginning.  I am by no means finished with this, but it's to see the change from month to month.  I am extremely proud of the self control I have showed and am so grateful to this blog for keeping me going.  I was really worried after this last weekend because I had pizza which I swore I wouldn't eat, drank some alcohol, and gorged on hummus and crackers. I had actually gained 2 lbs when I got home but after resuming business as usual shed them and then some.  It's taught me to not get discouraged or beat yourself up.

I am currently drinking about 96 ounces of water a day.  My trips to the bathroom are a lot of exercise haha.

Wednesday contd:  Low fat cottage cheese, ham sandwich on whole wheat with mustard, and string cheese. 
Thursday: Egg whites and 2 pieces of toast, a tomato, low fat cottage cheese, 9 light beers, and 1 rum and diet.
Friday:  Honey mustard grilled snack wrap, salad with balsamic, A TON OF reduced fat crackers and olive hummus, a small piece of steak and green beans. 
Saturday:  Two pieces of wheat toast, 2 eggs, home fries, corned beef hash, Went tubing, 12 light beers, six inch veggie sub on wheat and a piece of veggie pizza. 
Sunday:  A slice of veggie pizza and a salad with light italian and almonds.  (slept most of the day...hungover).
Monday: A few bites of noodle casserole with hamburger and tomato, broccoli, carrots, salad with light italian and almonds, rice krispies with fresh berries and 1/2% milk.  
 Tuesday:  Vinegar coleslaw, cheese sandwich on whole wheat, pickles, sliver of huckleberry pie. 
Wednesday so far:  Rice krisipies with berries, a banana, and a doughnut.

Starting weight on June 15th:  183.8
Weight last week:  173.2
Current weight on July 13th:  170.8

Weight loss since last week:  2.4 lbs

Total weight loss: 13 lbs

I won't be updating Wednesday of next week.  I will Thursday since I won't be home!
