End of Week Ten (late)

So, I left the window in my car down a crack and it ruined my scale.  I am going to get another one soon.  I will either be updating end of week 11 or week 12.  I am going to start being active and just putting activities instead of what I eat.  It is honestly a pain to type out everything I eat and it's pretty much always the same.  The point was I am not starving myself and still losing weight =]  Keep checking back!

End of Week Nine.


Thursday contd:  Lean Gourmet chicken alfredo and slice of bread, an apple 
Friday:  Foot long turkey sub on wheat with all the veggies plus lite mayo and sweet onion sauce, Lean Gourmet 5 cheese ziti, slice of bread, bowl of banana split ice cream 
Saturday:  Lean Gourmet pasta with shrimp and veggies, 2 small chicken breast, fresh peas, and a baked potato with butter, 5 light beers, and 4 whiskey diets 
Sunday:  Rice, chicken, peas, and cream of chicken (2 bowls), Lean Gourmet chicken florentine and a piece of bread. 
Monday:  Foot long turkey sub, chicken breast
Tuesday:  2 ice cream bars, Lean Gourmet meatloaf meal, boiled zucchini and summer squash, a slice of bread.  
Wednesday: 2 hot fudge sundae pop tarts, one white Russian 


Yeah, I need to paint my toenails haha.  And my brother's scale is grimy. 


Starting weight on June 15th:  183.8 
Weight last week on August 11th : 167.4
Current weight on August 17th:  164.6
Weight loss since last week:  2.8 lbs

Total weight loss:  19.2 lbs


Looks like the weight loss is back on!

Two Months.

This didn't go how I expected after how great the first month went.  It's not all bad though because I only gained a tiny bit of weight since my weigh-in 2 weeks ago.  I started new medication and have had unbelievable financial stress!  I think my body is regulating and these next 4 weeks will be more productive.  I am definitely not content and I really hope that for next week's weigh-in I will have knocked off a couple more pounds!!

I lost my journal where I kept the list of everything that I have eaten over these last two weeks.  I am super bummed.  I will say that I have eaten unhealthy quite a few times and am pretty shocked that I haven't really gained any weight back.  I am going to go back to not eating anything really high in fat.  I have only had fast food once in the last 2 months (taco bell) and it actually made me feel awful!  I am not feeling too discouraged because I am actually just relieved I haven't gained anything after kind of 'cheating' and having a change in lifestyle.  I am ready for next week to get here so I can see that I am still progressing!!

Even though this is my 2 months I am not going to take a picture because I am only about 3 lbs different from my last one.   If I lose more than 5 lbs in the next 2 weeks I will take an updated body picture then.  I am confident I will lose at least that much.  I am going to start working out this weekend...nothing outrageous.   



Starting weight on June 15th:  183.8
Weight last week (2 weeks ago) :  167.2
Current weight on August 11:  167.4

Weight (gain) since 2 weeks ago:  .2 lbs  (.1 lbs a week)

Total weight loss: 16.4 lbs


I just weighed myself again and am at 167 even...so maybe I didn't gain any weight!

Crap.

I don't know what's going on but it's becoming more difficult for me to lose weight.  I think I may have gained a few pounds since my last weigh-in.  I am too scared to look.  I really need to start exercising now that a lot of my initial weight has come off.  I have been super stressed lately...I think that may have something to do with it.  I am definitely not giving up but I am feeling discouraged.  I lost so much in a months time...I really wanted to have a drastic change for my 2 month.  I think I may almost be about the same =/
