Hey everybody!
So, I took a long break from this whole weight loss thing... I started going back to old habits - eating while full, eating late, going to buffets, and just eating crap. I gained about 8 pounds back. I was really afraid that I wasn't going to be able to lose it. What's insane is that I have only been really watching what I eat for the last week and a half and I am actually less than I was at my last weigh-in before the debauchery ensued. I haven't been starving myself or anything at all. I really hope to lose at least 10 more =]
Eating about the same as I was before. I do different reps with 10 lb hand weights every night, but that's about it.
This is the least I have weighed in about 2 years. I am pretty excited.
Starting weight on June 15th: 183.8
Weight last weigh-in on August 17th : 164.6
Current weight on October 5th: 159.2
Weight loss since last weigh-in: 5.4 lbs
Total weight loss: 24.6 lbs
I know that this looks weird but I had to make a collage in Picasa and then use my snipping tool in order to save it to upload it onto here. My weight loss from the first picture is 24.6 and my weight loss since the second picture is 11.6. I wish they were all the same distance from the camera and such but I did my best haha.

End of Week Ten (late)
So, I left the window in my car down a crack and it ruined my scale. I am going to get another one soon. I will either be updating end of week 11 or week 12. I am going to start being active and just putting activities instead of what I eat. It is honestly a pain to type out everything I eat and it's pretty much always the same. The point was I am not starving myself and still losing weight =] Keep checking back!

End of Week Nine.
Thursday contd: Lean Gourmet chicken alfredo and slice of bread, an apple
Friday: Foot long turkey sub on wheat with all the veggies plus lite mayo and sweet onion sauce, Lean Gourmet 5 cheese ziti, slice of bread, bowl of banana split ice cream
Saturday: Lean Gourmet pasta with shrimp and veggies, 2 small chicken breast, fresh peas, and a baked potato with butter, 5 light beers, and 4 whiskey diets
Sunday: Rice, chicken, peas, and cream of chicken (2 bowls), Lean Gourmet chicken florentine and a piece of bread.
Monday: Foot long turkey sub, chicken breast
Tuesday: 2 ice cream bars, Lean Gourmet meatloaf meal, boiled zucchini and summer squash, a slice of bread.
Wednesday: 2 hot fudge sundae pop tarts, one white Russian
Yeah, I need to paint my toenails haha. And my brother's scale is grimy.
Starting weight on June 15th: 183.8
Weight last week on August 11th : 167.4
Current weight on August 17th: 164.6
Weight loss since last week: 2.8 lbs
Total weight loss: 19.2 lbs
Looks like the weight loss is back on!

Two Months.
This didn't go how I expected after how great the first month went. It's not all bad though because I only gained a tiny bit of weight since my weigh-in 2 weeks ago. I started new medication and have had unbelievable financial stress! I think my body is regulating and these next 4 weeks will be more productive. I am definitely not content and I really hope that for next week's weigh-in I will have knocked off a couple more pounds!!
I lost my journal where I kept the list of everything that I have eaten over these last two weeks. I am super bummed. I will say that I have eaten unhealthy quite a few times and am pretty shocked that I haven't really gained any weight back. I am going to go back to not eating anything really high in fat. I have only had fast food once in the last 2 months (taco bell) and it actually made me feel awful! I am not feeling too discouraged because I am actually just relieved I haven't gained anything after kind of 'cheating' and having a change in lifestyle. I am ready for next week to get here so I can see that I am still progressing!!
Even though this is my 2 months I am not going to take a picture because I am only about 3 lbs different from my last one. If I lose more than 5 lbs in the next 2 weeks I will take an updated body picture then. I am confident I will lose at least that much. I am going to start working out this weekend...nothing outrageous.

Crap.
I don't know what's going on but it's becoming more difficult for me to lose weight. I think I may have gained a few pounds since my last weigh-in. I am too scared to look. I really need to start exercising now that a lot of my initial weight has come off. I have been super stressed lately...I think that may have something to do with it. I am definitely not giving up but I am feeling discouraged. I lost so much in a months time...I really wanted to have a drastic change for my 2 month. I think I may almost be about the same =/

End of Week Six (including week five).
I didn't do week five because I wasn't at home and it was the day after my birthday and I knew I would be feeling bad about what I ate. These whole two weeks have had a lot of shortcomings, but I am ready to get completely on the right track again. I am just going to average my weight loss between the two weeks.
Wednesday contd: Vegetable soup and a bag of organic popcorn.
Thursday: Egg whites, a sausage link, ham sandwich, and a bowl of yogurt and huckleberries.
Friday: A piece of wheat bread, slice of cheese, grilled hot dog (plain), and 10 PBRs.
Saturday: A footlong wheat chicken breast sub from Subway (all veggies and lite mayo and sweet onion).
Sunday: Tuna sandwich, a peach, cooked carrots, and a chicken breast, and superman ice cream cone.
Monday: Chicken breast sandwich with chipotle mayo, green beans, mint choco chip ice cream cone.
Tuesday: A roast beef sandwich, lasagna at olive garden, 3 breadsticks, two bowls of salad, and 8 light beers. (My birthday...I wanted to eat =])
Wednesday: 6 fishsticks, a tuna sandwich, green beans, and chips and cheese (another naughty day...bday contd haha)
Thursday: Handful of Gardettos, a small picece of breakfast casserole with egg/cheese/bacon, a bowl of berries, and salad with zesty italian.
Friday: A banana, a piece of wheat bread, slice of cheese, a taco with tomato, lettuce and onion.
Saturday: Half a ham sandwich (plain), bowl of salad with italian dressing, bowl of cottage cheese and pineapple, and a bowl of rice krispies.
Sunday: Half a ham sandwich, bowl of cottage cheese, a tomato, and a bowl of tomato soup.
Monday: Half a cucumber, a tomato, a little coleslaw, a piece of ham, and a bowl of salad with zesty italian dressing.
Tuesday: A piece of wheat bread and cheese, a bowl of fruit, a pickle spear, and a chicken breast sandwich with chipotle.
Wednesday (so far): A banana (I have a stomachache from hell).

One Month!!!
I have made it a month! I am going to upload pictures that I just took. You can compare them to the beginning. I am by no means finished with this, but it's to see the change from month to month. I am extremely proud of the self control I have showed and am so grateful to this blog for keeping me going. I was really worried after this last weekend because I had pizza which I swore I wouldn't eat, drank some alcohol, and gorged on hummus and crackers. I had actually gained 2 lbs when I got home but after resuming business as usual shed them and then some. It's taught me to not get discouraged or beat yourself up.
I am currently drinking about 96 ounces of water a day. My trips to the bathroom are a lot of exercise haha.

Wednesday contd: Low fat cottage cheese, ham sandwich on whole wheat with mustard, and string cheese.
Thursday: Egg whites and 2 pieces of toast, a tomato, low fat cottage cheese, 9 light beers, and 1 rum and diet.
Friday: Honey mustard grilled snack wrap, salad with balsamic, A TON OF reduced fat crackers and olive hummus, a small piece of steak and green beans.
Saturday: Two pieces of wheat toast, 2 eggs, home fries, corned beef hash, Went tubing, 12 light beers, six inch veggie sub on wheat and a piece of veggie pizza.
Sunday: A slice of veggie pizza and a salad with light italian and almonds. (slept most of the day...hungover).
Monday: A few bites of noodle casserole with hamburger and tomato, broccoli, carrots, salad with light italian and almonds, rice krispies with fresh berries and 1/2% milk.
Tuesday: Vinegar coleslaw, cheese sandwich on whole wheat, pickles, sliver of huckleberry pie.
Wednesday so far: Rice krisipies with berries, a banana, and a doughnut.
